Family Housing Units

  • We have 2-bedroom duplexes and 3, 4, and 5-bedroom houses scattered throughout town.
  • Our family units pay all their own utilities, but there is a utility allowance taken off of the rent each month.
  • Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income. Some applicants qualify for medical and child care deductions, which is how we figure the “adjusted gross income”.
  • All units come with stove and refrigerator and our maintenance staff takes care of anything that is not working properly.
